Physical Training For Jedi

by: Jade Tigresse Jedi Tighearna*Watching Master Yoda put Luke through all sorts of fitness things 1st inspired me to start working out, but as I have studied over hate years I have found direct correlations between health, fitness and more clarity with ones psychic & mental functions.
Most Jedi focus on the Mental aspect of Being a JEdi- which is very important, but Fitness does definitely have its place.
When one exercises, some of the benefits include:
- a release of endorphins in the brain that help balance out mood
- a flush of toxins out of you body that have been stagnating there because of sedentary ways. blood in your veins pumps better when assisted by movement.
- balances blood sugars and gets your body to burn fats & carbs more efficiently
- increases your lean muscle mass and burns off fats which can prevent diabetes type 2, arteriosclerosis, and heart disease
- increase your mitochondria(powerhouses of the cells that Lucas film folk termed "Midichlorians") which increases your energy levels and ability to process foods better
- Soviet studies of psychics shows that there is an increased demand on the body of a psychic with raised blood pressure, change in blood sugar/acid balance and a whole list of other things
- psychics are much more prone to hypoglycemia or diabetes type 2
- from my own experience exercising evens out those problems and actually helps boost ones abilities.
