Here are a couple of good other sites that are along the same lines...
http://www.liveawesome.comhttp://www.undergroundwellness.comhttp://www.renegadehealth.com"If you don't have your health - you have nothing." That's so true.
They mentioned the barefoot revolution - I went running barefoot a week or so ago along the beach when the tide was out and it was the most amazing run I've ever put in. I didn't think about it having a grounding effect or working against inflammation.
I first found out about barefoot running from a triathlon champion. I got a great chance to spend some time with him and hit him with questions -- I first asked - what kind of shoe do you wear for marathons? He pulls out these slippers that are basically nothing. My jaw dropped. He told me that running in a minimalist way improved ankle strength and the muscles in the leg. He wasn't into shoes.
Wolfe is brave going barefoot in Costa Rica - does he not know about the parasites that come through the soil? It might feel good on your feet but if a monkey or animal has defecated there he could be in trouble.
I spend time outdoors everyday but have trouble with my system 'running hot' -- I think too much fruit maybe. They kinda ratchet me up and I tend not to get enough fat and protein. I'm trying to figure out a mix of food and supplements that can even me out and balance me.
It's interesting he mentioned Aloe Vera for MSM - I take Aloe all the time. When I get really sick Aloe is the only help I have.
Thanks Aryas

This is kinda up my alley.
