I have several relatives who have let themselves become trapped by their own bodies and don't think there is anything they can do. Part of this is the media and external sources says fit exercise is four hours a day of INTENSE physical stress which is a good recipe to seriously injure yourself.
Working out by a brisk walk - EVEN FIDGETING for 30 minutes a day is enough to keep most people healthy when combined with diet.
I like to hit the gym but I try to be mindful of my limitations and not over do it. The important thing is to have FUN.
